How redemption works
- Turn your pass over and tap Redeem.
- Choose a reward and enter where it goes: your PayPal email, the email for a gift card code, or your crypto address.
- The points leave your balance at once. We check the request and send it within three business days. If we cannot send it, the points come back.
New points become redeemable 14 days after you earn them. That is how long partners have to confirm an offer for good; until then they show as pending on your pass.
Taxes
Rewards can count as income whatever their form. When your redemptions reach $600 in a calendar year we ask for a W-9 before the next one and send a 1099 in January.
