Paid surveys, points up front

Every survey on your pass shows its points and its length before you start. Finish it and the points land on the card in your wallet.

Where the surveys come from

Market research firms pay to hear from real people. TritonPass works with survey networks that match you to studies by your profile, then pays you a share of what the network pays us. You will see two kinds of offer on your pass: single surveys with a fixed reward, and a survey router that finds the next study you fit and pays per completion.

Fewer screen-outs

Fill in the profile survey first, answer the same way every time, and start surveys early in the day before quotas fill. The full guide explains why surveys end early.

Questions about surveys

Why did a survey end early without paying?

Survey companies look for particular people: owners of a certain car, parents of teenagers, people who shopped somewhere this month. The first questions check whether you fit. If you do not, the survey closes early; that is called a screen-out. Some partners pay a few points for a screen-out, and the offer says so when they do.

How do points reach my pass?

When a partner confirms that you completed an offer, they tell us and we add the points straight away. Most surveys confirm within minutes; some sweepstakes partners take a day or two. Your phone shows a notification when the balance changes. New points can be redeemed 14 days after you earn them, once the partner can no longer reverse the offer.

What can I redeem, and when?

From 5,000 points (worth $5): PayPal cash, gift cards from Amazon.com, Apple, Visa and Steam, or Bitcoin, Litecoin and USDC. We check each request by hand and send it within three business days.
